Aphelodoris berghi has scattered low pustules over the mantle, a dark brown median band between the gills and rhinophores, and scattered bluish grey patches. The dark brown rhinophore sheaths are very tall. The foot of the animal in upper photo was translucent white with a bright yellow border and longitudinal brown streaks. It grows up to 35-40 mm in length.
