Geographical distribution of Pyrunculus hoernesii

From: Sérgio Ávila

Dear all:

Could anybody please help me about the geographical distribution of Pyrunculus hoernesii (Weinkauff, 1866)? In my database, I have it reported from the Azores, Mediterranean, Morrocco Atlantic coast and Canary Islands.
Do you have more reports?

Thank you very much,
Sérgio

Dear Sérgio,
Hopefully somone can help you. If anyone has photos of the shell and live animal of this species, it would be nice to include it on the Forum. Although trying to include all cephalaspidean species on the Forum might be an impossible dream, it would be good to have a representative of the different genera.

Best wishes,
Bill Rudman
