I am not sure of ID.
i got it on hydroid which I collected.

Locality: Mandavi, Ratnagiri, 30 centimeters, Maharashtra, India, Arabian sea, 19 October 2009, Intertidal, beneath the rock, in rockpool. Length: 8 mm. Photographer: Vishal Bhave.

It is certainly a species of Doto but a lot of work is needed on the Indo-West Pacific species of the genus before we can sensibly identify many of them
