Aldisa ? from Solitary Islands

March 12, 2001
From: David Harasti

Hi Bill,

I photographed this species at North Solitary Island [nthn New South Wales, Australia] in January this year. It was found under a ledge and is about 3cms long. It retracted it's gills when my camera was placed to take the shot.

It's not the best of photo's but would you be able to identify it?

Thanks
David

Dear David,
I suspect this is a species of Aldisa but that is only a guess, without a look at its anatomy
Best wishes,
