Locality: Old Woman Island (Mudjimba Island) Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast,, 12 metres, Queensland, Australia., Pacific Ocean, 23 December 2005, Rocky slope. Length: 6 mm. Photographer: David Mullins & Gary Cobb.

Similar in external shape to Goniodoridella savignyi but lacks the median ridge, and the gills appear to be not well developed. Differs in colour in lacking yellow pigmentation and in having a brown transverse band across the mantle and down the sides of the body, a little distance behind the rhinophores.
