Dear Dr Rudman
I am studying nudibranchs at Kasetsart University in Thailand. I cannot identify some of them. I found this one at Similan Island. I don't record date and depth. Please can you identify it.

Thank you for your kindness

Dear Narongpon,
Your photo is of Hypselodoris iacula Gosliner & Johnson, 1999 which was only recently described from the Philippines and Indonesia. Your animal has a much more concentrated network of white on the mantle than illustrated by Gosliner & Johnson, but I am sure it is the same species.

I would be happy to look at other photos you have of opisthobranchs from Thailand.

Best wishes,
Bill Rudman.
