Dear Bill,
These photos were made at Dauin, Negros, Philippines, in October. There were many of these yellow ones - I don't even know, if they are Opisthobranchs: Size - less than 1cm, Depth about 15m.

These are probably Gymnodoris subflava which was described from Japan. I would only be able to confirm the identification by looking at the radula, as there are many similarly coloured species.
Gymnodorids are an interesting family of carnivorous nudibranchs which feed on other opisthobranchs. Some of these small species are often found in quite large numbers.
