The symmetrical white markings on the mantle are very characteristic of Glossodoris pallida but that species has a yellow border to the mantle and yellow on the rhinophores and the gills. Another species with similar white markings is Glossodoris symmetricus, but that has red markings as well. You have recorded both species from South Africa. This animal is either an 'albino' version of one of those or else it is a third species.
I would need to look at its anatomy.
