Dear Jim,
Yes I mentioned this on the Forum about 4 years ago but its certainly worth drawing newer Forum visitors attention to it. Reading it again, it certainly hasn't dated. It is hard sometimes to get the intangible value of the Forum across to bureacrats and administrators, and some fellow scientists for that matter, and I often hand out copies of James Norton's blog when discussing the value of the Forum to such people;
